also in my case i have the products individually:

http://www.gog.com/game/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_expansion_pass
http://www.gog.com/game/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_hearts_of_stone

but mixed variants don't show as owned
http://www.gog.com/game/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_game_expansion_pass

hopefully the merge will fix this, just keep my case or the case of people who did it the other way around when doing the automated merge
