With my current employment / extremely limited income ($111 - $116 a week) my funds are limited, but i've stocked up over the past months to allow me to splurge when the sale comes around again.

Freebies: ziggurat, rime, sunless sea, and xenonauts

Purchases:
SPORE
Robo Rumble
Pajama Sam Vol. 1 (I got 2, 3, and 4 somehow before.... i think one of those $3 deal things. needed 1 before i start playing)
Pathologic Classic HD
Original Strife: Veteran Edition
NEO Scavenger (Friggen amazing game.)
Penumbra Collection
Wizardry 8
Leisure Suit Larry (1-6)
Leisure Suit Larry: Love For Sail
Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laud (Kept hearing about it. want to know the reference whenever this series is mentioned)
Avernum: The complete sage
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
Crusaders of Might and Magic
Roller Coaster Tycoon: Deluxe (oh so many memories)
Icewind Dale 2 Complete (Now all that is left to have all the infinity engine games i grew up with, is PST: EE... have all the others in original and EE format.)
Jagged alliance 2: Unfinished business (Needed it for completions sake, since i have the rest)

For a grand total of $40 (Most i can spare out of a check)

And, if things go well, then next week i intend on getting some more (Another $40 worth)..... and hopefully i can get a loan from a friend for $40 to let me squeeze another paycheck out of the summer sale. (Which i pay back after summer sale over)

I have 300+ games so there are plenty of good deals I can't take advantage of.

I did pick up:

Close Combat 1-5. Not a great deal (33%) but they're great games and I'm guessing the publisher will be stubborn about putting them lower.

Spore. This finally went low enough (without DRM) that I pulled the trigger.

Caesar I, II, IV (already had III)

Anno 1404. Good sale finally.

My most prized purchase so far is Rain World, though. I judged this too quickly the first time I saw it. One of the best games I've played in years.
Well, I've spent about half of my monthly income, so proper list will be really long.
As for games, Im really glad about purchasing - there will be Lego Star Wars, Rayman Origins and Simcity 4.

LSW, while sound childish, is a really proper hack'n'slash with elements of platforming and racing games. Bought primary due to memories (back in days I've used to play it in coop with some star wars fan), but even without it - thats a fun game (but everything in singleplayer will remind you, that its made with coop in mind). Dont forget to bring gamepad, tho - keyboard controls feel a bit weird.

RO is a rare example of good Ubisoft game, released in recent (and after typing this I've found that its 2018 already. Feels damn old) 8-10 years. Its a really fun platformer, that brings everything good from original rayman back. Read: Sonic Mania of this franchise. Out of drawbacks - looks like currently it doesnt recognize gamepad in wine. Not gamebreaking, but if you are mac/linux user - keep that in mind, since its platformer after all.

SC4 is another game, that belong to my past. While people criticize it for overcomplexity, I've found it way more enjoyable, than previous parts. Yep, it has its own drawbacks, but nothing is perfect - its still proper city builder with some unique (for its time) features.

I received Xenonaut for free from GOG last week as well as 10 other games via GOG connect and decided to reward GOG by buying a lot of games:

I got:

Freespace 2
Icewind Dale 2 Complete edition which completes my Infinity collection
Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri Planetary Pack
Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb
Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines
Avernum 1-6
Fallout 2
Fallout Tactics
Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition

Giveaways and bonus games received:
Xenonauts
RIME
Sunless Sea
Ziggurat

GOG Connect giveaways
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number
Legend of Grimrock
FTL: Advanced Edition
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs
Banner Saga
Starpoint Gemini 2
Kingdom: New Lands
Psychonauts
Jotun Valhalla and Tempest- I received already previously via GOG connect or giveaway as well.

GOG Gifts I got from zeogold within the past few days
Master of Orion 1 and 2 (thanks to bjgamer for the contributed keys)
Neverwinter Nights Diamond (thanks to samuraigaiden for the contributed key) - interestingly I couldn't find this game initially in my library after redeeming it. However on a more thorough search, I found it all the way at the bottom. This game was purchased apparently by samuraigaiden back in December of 2016 just before I joined and bought my first game on GOG on January 2017. Thanks to samuraigaiden for giving it away as a gift years after purchasing it.

FireDrakeZ: Icewind Dale 2 EE which completes my Infinity collection
I wasnt aware there was an IWD2:EE

My research before said that noone could find the source for it to thus be enhanced, and that it would be forever missing from the EE lineup. (not that im sad. dont care for the EE's, but its an uncertainty-hole in the collector in me)

did something change, was my research before misinformed, or was that a mistype? lol. if one of the first two, could you direct me to the iwd2:ee (i searched store for icewind and its not there, just normal iwd2, and iwd1:ee, and soundtrack)

Sorry, my mistake. IWD2 is not EE. I have all the other games in the Infinity Collection on steam and all the older games were EE so I mistakenly added it in. They couldn't find the original code for IWD2 so they couldn't enhance it from what i remember. I am correcting my list right now.

Icewind Dale 2 source code is indeed lost and what a joy that is so Beamdog can't get their greedy hands on it atleast however Icewind Dale EE is available in the store.

Alright, thats what i thought, lol, thanks.... i just saw it written, and got excited for a moment. as i said: i dont like the EE's, but the collector in me (and the nostalgic love of the amazingness which sprouted from the infinity engine) likes completion and uniformity. the lack of an IWD2:EE will forever be an ugly, incomplete spot in my "infinity engine" folder, amidst the originals and the other EE's

And yes, i could have foregone the EE's completely, and thus not had that missing spot..... except i was late to the party, and had to purchase IWD, BG, and BG2, as their EE versions, in order to acquire the originals.

I can understand that and it's truly a shame that no one knows who's to blame for the loss of the source code so we could find them and demand a refund out of their pocket for making our great libraries look incomplete, that would be something i very much approve of i must say.

I've come largely unburdened from this sale: I had to stay my hand and avoid most things to have some savings for future titles that got preference or just waiting for bigger discounts.

Purchases:
Sunless Sea: Zubmariner. (DLC)
Darkest Dungeon: The Shieldbreaker. (DLC)

As I already owned Sunless Sea, I gifted it away. Did not reach threshold for Rime.

As for Connect: I think I only got The Banner Saga.

And both Xenonauts and Ziggurat from GOG giveaways.
My haul so far:

Mirror's Edge
Albion
Dead Space
Age of Decadence
The Saboteur
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Sunless Sea: Zubmariner (was holding out for a steeper discount but got weak)
Valhalla Hills: Two Horned Helmet Edition Upgrade (boosting DLC for a $3 blind buy title)

Edit: Added Xcom Enemy Unknown Complete, yeah!

Netted free Rime

Considering getting Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Morrowind, and/or Obsidian but feel like I can wait on a better than 50% discount on there titles. Fallouts have been 75% off before.

The Witcher 2: Assassins Of Kings - Enhanced Edition
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition

Ziggurat
RiME
Sunless Sea

I already had the full Witcher series on steam but I wanted to get the GOG versions.

Plan on getting Morrowind and Oblivion too before the sale's up.

SC4 is also my favorite of the Sim City series. I didn't really enjoy the driving missions, but I can see why they put them in there. (Of the new builders I have Cities Skylines (non Maxis) but haven't played it yet. It sounds like it might be the top of the heap now).
All the Ultima games I didn't own already, which are all except 4 (which is free, anyway), 7 and Underworld 1+2. Not that I need any of them, I have only played 4 so far...
