So once again it is that day when we(at least those of us in the US/etc) get together to stuff ourselves silly and hang out with family members we like and also possibly dislike as well, while thinking about the other upcoming holidays and enjoying/trying to enjoy each other's company.

Delicious turkey(or tofurkey if one prefers), stuffing, cranberry sauce, potatoes & gravy aplenty....and desserts like pumpkin and sweet potato pie.

So from me(and I assume other US/etc goggers as well), Have a Happy Thanksgiving and feel free to wish such to others as well or relate your favorite memories of the holiday/wish others well on this day. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, today is thanksgiving. Wherein we celebrate our ancestors establishing a relationship with the indigenous people of the land they came to inhabit in a search of hope away from a theocracy. That they later betrayed that relationship is abominable, true, but the meaning of thanksgiving is still being thankful for the gifts you have, for the bounties of your own work, and literally for a successful harvest. I wish those who celebrate to have a great day. Be thankful for what you have.... so that tomorrow you can realize how inadequate it is and go spend money on all those mega sales!!
