CMOT70: Just be aware the Switch is coming to the end of it's life. Nintendo are designing a totally new machine for the coming of the new console generation, rumoured to be based upon the same CPU's from the new Surface Pro. So it is very unlikely to have backwards compatibility. And the gulf in power means that getting ports will slow right down.
nVidia recently "unliked" their "like" on the Nintendo Facebook page. So there's all the proof you need.
Yeah people are going to believe you since you are using Facebook as a source of information, Sorry your information very unbelievable. Also you didn't post a link of your source which tells me that your BSing.nVidia recently "unliked" their "like" on the Nintendo Facebook page. So there's all the proof you need.

Well, I have a Switch and I believe it is pretty good. There are times where I want to throw it at the wall (joy-con drift, but it seems a little alcohol did the trick to fix that... still giving it a go). There are times where I want to throw my W10 laptop at the wall (USB 3.0 suddenly decided to work at 3mb/s o.o). Like anything, it has cons. The screen might be too small for some games but then you just dock it or put the screen right into your corneas haha. I had a 3ds before so I'm kind of used to small screens (also have an old iphone 5s so, for real, small screens and my laptop is 12.5").
Overall, the Switch is my favorite console EVER. I want to play the old infinity engine games on it now, and Pillars of Eternity (though waiting on that to be fixed since it has game breaking bugs still...). So, yeah, PC GAMES, coming to Switch, and a lot of us want to actually play them that way. Way more confortable than a laptop. Yes, you don't have "them fancy graphics" but it does get the job done and so far, I haven't seen any game that is unplayable. At worst? Low graphics and 30fps, which is far from unplayable.
Also, is not being discontinued. At most there might be a Switch 2 within the next TWO years, but not before june 2020 at the earliest. People just claim that a new one is coming because "underpowered" and new gen and BLAH BLAH. Switch has as least two more years and most likely they'll release a Pro or 2 version later.
