and when i go to Orders and Settings it looks like its making orders that arent complete like
"pending order # 0.00 (Not Paid Yet)"

But when i try and complete those orders it goes from $0 to the full price of the game.
I was getting the "Something went wrong" message, now GOG is reporting the "Code already used!" message when trying to redeem an Amazon Prime Gaming code.
GOG's servers seems to struggle atm. Maybe try again later?

that being said the, the code is used message is a good indicator that it's been added to your account, after suffering with the above error
for about 10 mins it said code was used, and it was in my account so be sure to double check your accounts when dealing with this error

somethings up with GOG right now for us who didnt have the redeem error we cant even download the games at all
In my case redemption looked like it failed with...

... "Something Went Wrong"...

... but...

... when I checked my library the games were in fact there.
I managed to redeem 4 games, but couldn't redeem Star Wars Bounty Hunter. It's saying code is used and I can't see it n my order history.
I've opened a support ticket but I don't have high hopes.

Have you checked if it's in your library? Many users got that error, but the game still showed up in their library afterward.

Also be sure to check few most recent games, not just the latest one on the top row.

When I had problems before, the games did show up, but not in the order that I was trying to activate them.
Try with a different browser, at least in my experience with firefox sometimes it simply refuses to redeem keys

If these are your own prime gaming keys (not a gift from somewhere) you should be able to redeem it one way or another. See if its at least in your orders!

I'm running firefox and no problems redeeming the latest Amazon keys for me *shrug*.
From what I can see here and elsewhere (reddit.com), it seems like this is a recurring issue.
This is my first month of Prime, and I also had problems yesterday activating my games.
I just tried again and it works now.
Personally, I will now wait at least one day after the keys are given before trying to activate them.
Try again in a few hours, otherwise I hope the support team will be able to fix your issue.

Edit : And as it has already been said, make sure to check if your games appear in your
library by sorting them by purchase date.

All other Prime Gaming redemptions have been successful except this one. From this last drop (12/2), [Dredge] and [Star Wars Bounty Hunter] redeemed without any issues.
