Spy_Gentleman: ... Now imagine getting your account hacked, get it back and see all of your games deleted. ...
Then I would just write nicely to Steam explaining the situation and surely getting them back. They would know for sure that deleting all games in a rush is just so intypical behavior. Actually I worry currently neither about not getting my games back, nor about hacking.

Well,i would like to have this feature here ,but not like steam just did it with perma-delete.Maybe like this:
Transform the game in a CD-Key of the game itself to can be gifted to someone else
The CD-Key should be unavailable in the first 7-14 days since creation
And if you change you mind, to be able to use the CD-Key at any time, even after creation

yeah.... dosnt work so well with DRM free, though. I can download all my games, then turn my library to CD keys and sell them. I still have all my games on my HD.Transform the game in a CD-Key of the game itself to can be gifted to someone else

And you don't see nothing wrong with this? Everyone will stock-up CD-keys when they are 75% and sell them for profit. Transform the game in a CD-Key of the game itself to can be gifted to someone else

You can already do that, it's called pirating. Just because you own an copy of the game does not necessary mean you legally own a copy of the game. You can pretty much download all GOG library from torrents. You are legally entitled to use them once you buy them from GOG. And, as terms of services goes with all these companies that sell digital goods, you can't sell them further from obvious reasons, mentioned before. You would stock up the games when they are at 75% and sell them at 50% off. Free profit.

In my steam library i have Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead (Obsolete), as well as regular, playable, Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead. ("Obsolete" version is unplayable: no Play/Install button)
I would like this "obsolete" one to be removed. Quite a nice feature actually.

mindblast: [...] that's an password manager in order to keep track of them. It got an auto-fill function, i pretty much login and create accounts much faster than before and and i'm using passwords that look like H2sa3XZaaw024dfAs. Even better, i never type it, as it auto-fill, so key loggers wouldn't work.[...]
Nothing wrong with using a password manager, but that still leaves you wide open to clipboard sniffer malware, which is far more prevalent than keyloggers in this day and age, far easier to implement for attackers, and far more difficult to detect reliably for the good guys. Just sayin' :)mindblast

When Valve adds a feature called Customer Support - that will be worth our attention. in the meantime everything else is irrelevant.
